I am a freelance photographer based at KIN.DER, glossop. I embrace a creative and collaborative approach, whilst producing images that meet the clients brief.
I gained a first class honours degree in photographic media, accredited by Lancaster university in 2016 and I have been a freelance photographer for over 10 years.
A significant part of my practice is to photograph for a range of arts organisations, over the years I have worked with MiF, Yorkshire sculpture park, national festival of making, hemingway design, future everything, British textile biennial, Manchester jazz festival, Super Slow Way, Mid pennine arts and more.
My commercial portfolio encompasses numerous photographic genres such as Events, Portraits, Architecture, Weddings and Product Shots. My studio kit enables me to easily work anywhere so I can bring anything from specialist product photography equipment or 2 meter wide seamless portrait backdrops.
My clients include NHS, Manchester International Festival, Hemingway Design, Labour Party, Burnley College and University of Manchester. here's some links to work that has been published with New York TimesBBCGQ, The Guardian, Design Week, Liverpool Echo, Irish Times.
Some personal projects include Lifeblood (a documentary of blackburn's diverse workforce) and Behind closed doors (A photographic residency of the 200 year old thwaites brewery as it was decommissioned)
